Please keep each thread focused on a single issue to make troubleshooting easier and easier to search later. -
Include system details
When posting, include:

Mach4 profile (Inch/Metric)

Software version (or update date)
-
Controller type (if applicable)
- Explain the problem clearly
Describe:

What you expected to happen

What actually happened

When the issue started (first day, after update, after wiring change, etc.)

List what you already tried
This helps avoid repeated suggestions and speeds up the process. -
Provide proof whenever possible
Include at least one of the following:

Screenshot of the error message

Short video of the issue

Alarm/log text

Snippet of the G-code around where it fails
- Safety first
If anything moves unexpectedly or seems unsafe:

Hit E-Stop

Stop testing immediately

Do not bypass safety devices to “see what happens”

Be respectful and constructive
No shaming or hostile replies. Everyone is here to learn and improve. -
Mark solved + share the fix
If your issue is resolved, please reply with what fixed it and mark the solution if available. -
Search before posting
Try searching the forum first. If your issue has already been discussed, add your details to that thread instead of starting a duplicate.
