Corrected a UI issue where pressing Disable did not reflect the true machine state.
Axes are now shown as dereferenced when Disable is pressed and the machine must be homed again after enabling.Note: If you only need the spindle to move freely, press Reset instead of Disable.

Fixed a bug where the C-axis drive was not being enabled during Home All.
